Tirages c-print, tailles variables, 2015-aujourd'hui

C-Print photographs, variable formats, 2015-today

Off-serie photographs, observations, places of passage. "Around his home or on his daily journeys, Vincent Dalbera initiates possibilities to activate potentials. Floating in the urban landscape, the photographer's body searches for its place. In hyper-observation, he captures the moments of grace offered by the vegetation, a way to escape from the constructed space. The walk accompanies the photographs. On the edge of the ring road, in the passageways of the Tokyo subway or in the middle of nature, the artist captures spaces to which we do not pay attention in order to give them importance. Attracted by the luminous breakthroughs, across the field or on the side of the road, carried by a sensation, the photographer's captive eye delivers welcoming landscapes in motion, testifying to a journey down home. Through this photographic diary, Vincent Dalbera transports us beyond the inertia of everyday life." - Chiraz Salah, excerpt from the text of the exhibition Aux Alentours, 2021
